iFollow Alerts & Notification

Your Security staff, at their discretion, will determine whether details of a given Panic Alert warrant the broadcast of a Mass Notification to all or a group of specific users. Mass Notifications can be transmitted to all users of the iFollow App via app notification, and, or via SMS to all users within the administrator account, who haven’t installed the iFollow App. Administrators may segment the Notifications to predetermined groups of users. For situations such as an Identified intruder on the grounds, there is an available option for adding an image or video from their device library. Notifications are time-stamped, date-stamped, and may be shared between multiple security staff. All notifications are stored on the iFollow servers indefinitely or until deleted.
